As a Business Development Associate, you will join one of Blue Ocean’s successful team with the goal of growing your practice through marketing programs, social media campaigns and the development of Strategic Alliances. We will also share our existing clients once we give you the training and development necessary. You will be trained to understand fact gathering and needs analysis techniques and develop an expertise in creating product solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Actively contact Mentor’s established clientele for Annual Review appointment setting
- Create marketing campaigns to generate opportunities with clients
- Develop social media campaigns to connect with new prospects
- Expand personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work. We will help you to obtain the proper licenses.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus
- Market development/networking abilities
- Presentation and organization skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- BA, BS and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
