Your key responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating solution experience modules that enable us to leverage the EY Nottingham Spirk Innovation Hub to show vs tell the value of new digital capabilities, technologies and platforms across the key customer and commercial processes and activities. Today's customers have never been more demanding and our clients need help meeting these new demands and challenges. Whether it is a new e-commerce platform, new routes to market, new sales strategy and customer segmentation, or a new CRM system, you'll work closely with our ecosystem partners to create highly curated client experiences and solutions for our clients.


Skills and attributes for success

  • Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge across key customer processes and activities (sales enablement, customer insights and segmentation, pricing, B2B e-commerce and omnichannel, Lead to Order, Order to cash, CRM, etc.)
  • Brings thought leadership to areas solution leaders related to market and technology trends to consider in solution development
  • Demonstrate ability to quickly learn new technologies and develop new offerings leveraging new and existing technologies which solve typical client business problems.
  • Ability to work closely with technology teams throughout the solution build lifecycle including requirements gathering, agile sprint builds, testing, and deployment
  • Drive high-quality work within expected timeframes and budget. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Provide input into go-to-market messaging and value proposition for technology solutions in the overall solution portfolio
  • Provides inputs into internal activation messaging and solution training materials
  • Ability to promote alignment and collaboration with subject matter resources across service lines within your functional area of focus


To qualify for the role you must have

  • A bachelor's degree or master's degree
  • About 5 years of experience in supply chain consulting environment
  • Bring your sector experience working across industrials, chemicals, CPG and other product-centric sectors
  • Candidates must be flexible around travel and travel will vary based on the engagement/project. A valid passport is required


Ideally, you'll also have

  • A bachelor's degree, a master's degree focusing on engineering, supply chain, and/ or business
  • Experience applying digital technologies and systems (sales enablement, customer insights and segmentation, pricing, B2B e-commerce and omnichannel, Lead to Order, Order to cash, etc) to improve commercial and top-line performance.
  • Approximately 3 years of recent supply chain consulting experience
