Position Description

The Analyst position will support the Procurement team by managing processes that provide critical information to the organization and enable our restaurants to run efficiently and cost effectively. This role includes, but is not limited to, producing and optimizing reporting, producing analyses, managing and optimizing a PM system, providing support to procurement initiatives, and process improvement. To be successful in this role, the individual will be a detailed, organized, self-starter with ownership, process improvement and critical thinking skills that is comfortable juggling a wide variety of projects.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compile data from multiple sources to produce recurring spend reporting delivered to various stakeholders across the organization.
  • Create new reports and optimize existing reports to deliver information to internal stakeholders accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete analyses based on reporting, procurement initiatives or ad hoc requests to determine drivers and financial impacts of changes to the business.
  • Manage and optimize project management system for restaurant remodels to ensure accurate and efficient information.
  • Provide support during implementation of Procurement initiatives, including but not limited to organization of data, status reporting, issue resolution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Triage issues, identify solutions and execute activities to deliver desired procurement outcomes of delivering quality, simplifying operations and/or driving out costs.
  • Complete other duties as may be assigned

EXPERIENCE:

  • Four (4) year college degree, ideally in business, statistics or math
  • Proficient in Office 365 environment, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • xperience with financial or reporting systems (i.e. SAP, PowerBI)
  • Experience in restaurant operations is a plus

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • A critical thinker with advanced problem-solving and sound decision-making abilities.
  • Self-starter with a drive to take ownership and achieve results that make a positive impact on the organization
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize various software platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to understand the intended value of a process, identify potential improvements and execute on them.
  • Comfortable managing competing and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
