Business Analyst

Infosys is seeking a strong Business Analyst - In this role you will work with the onshore Portfolio/Project Manager and the product teams to capture requirements for upcoming sprints, track items in progress, triage issues, develop process and system flows via Visio, and generating PowerPoint presentations for leadership. and you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in identifying, modelling, and documenting the functional and non-functional requirements. You will be gathering input from stakeholders to understand the problem to be solved and capturing and drafting priorities for requirements together with the product owner. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of St. Louis, MO or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

• Experience in Business Analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in working with the clients, business teams, specifically for the below aspects in Click Software and other technologies.
• Ability to work with the business teams, translate business requirements into design elements.
• Participate in functional workshops and drive discussions with functional and technical teams.
• Co-ordinate execution of testing providing the required SME and technical support.
• Work with offshore teams and drive the delivery.
• Proven experience wearing multiple hats and multitasking in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Proven experience collaborating across multiple teams, including tracking progress and issues across multiple teams
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Must have excellent presentation skills, especially for leadership level PowerPoint presentations
• Good communication, collaboration, presentation and influencing skills
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
