Position Summary:
The Business Analyst will design, update and distribute business reports to senior management and business partners to make better business decisions by understanding product, price, placement, and profitability. Manage the data source for data warehouse; perform necessary data quality control process to minimize data errors. Provide recommendation to the operation plans of the business based on business analytics. Analyze business data, market information, and financial data for the management team. Effectively communicate the findings to business partners. Collaborate as independent contributor with cross functional teams to implement business actions across product lines or territories.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least four (3) years of analytical experience. A 4-year college degree from an accredited college in Business, Statistics, or Mathematics. Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), as well as knowledge of database management (Oracle, Microstrategy and Salesforce.com). Must have strong quantitative analytical skills and experience in using statistical software. Must be a detail oriented multitasking person, extremely organized and self-motivated; and be able to provide accurate, useable, and efficient data. Must be an ambitious team player that is eager to go beyond assignment. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills to deal effectively with all levels of personnel. Must be able to stand, sit, move, and use fingers for extended periods of time. May require walking primarily on a level surface, reaching above shoulder heights and below the waist, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds.
