About the Job:
As a Business Administrator with Blue Science you are part of a team that provides top level support and problem-solving to our employees and customers. We are looking for individuals who have a PASSION and DRIVE working through ever changing situations, seeking optimal outcomes.
Core Position Objectives:
· Monitoring of Employee driving behavior
· Proper documentation of daily fleet activity
· Scheduling and monitoring preventative maintenance activity
· Helping with initial applicant screening
· Helping with initial interviews
· Establishing a pipeline for the purpose of future use
· Generating remodeling and new construction agreements and maintaining a relationship with the customers
Basic Qualifications:
· High school diploma / College degree preferred
· Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet critical deadlines with high degree of attention to detail
· Ability to use basic office equipment – phone, computer, copier
· Proficiency in MS Office products, particularly Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
· Self-motivated and high degree of autonomy in completing assigned tasks and projects
· Ability to make sound decisions and maintain a high degree of confidentiality
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Ability to present extremely professional demeanor under all circumstances

· Communication – communicates well both verbally and in writing

Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 40 to 45 hours per week, depending on season
Business needs may dictate additional hours as needed.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Fleet Assistant (Preferred)
- Hiring Assistant (Preferred)
License:
- Driver's License (Required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
