Bus Driver

Bus Driver We're hiring a Bus Driver to be part of the Youth Development team at Blue Ash YMCA team for the 2021-2022 school year! CDL is not required. Do you enjoy driving? Do you love working with children? Are you energetic, enthusiastic, and fun with a great attitude? Would you also be willing to work in the classroom as necessary? Starting pay is $13/hour. Responsibilities:

• Transport children while following all YMCA driver regulations.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections.
• Oversee children during loading & unloading.
• Ensure vehicle is clean & report conditions in need of attention or repair.
• Follow YMCA policies & procedures, including those related to medical & disciplinary situations, child abuse prevention, and emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years of age, with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license & at least three years driving experience, with a driving record that meets or exceeds YMCA standards.
• Previous experience working with children is preferred.
• CPR & First Aid certifications must be obtained/maintained throughout employment.
