FTSS Joint Venture, a joint venture between Dae Sung, LLC and LB&B Associates Inc., is currently seeking a MD 1st Class Grade Stationary Engineer for its contract to provide facilities engineering and maintenance services for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services in Baltimore, MD.

• Qualified candidates must possess and maintain required MD 1st Class Stationary Engineer License.
• Must have a minimum of six (6) years of experience and ability to maintain HP steam systems, boilers, chillers as well as all support equipment.
• Must be competent to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on air handlers, VAV components, Siemens Apogee, and Trance Tracer Systems.

Education : High School Diploma / G.E.D equivalent required.
