Job Description
Job Summary: The Budget Analyst will review, analyze and interpret various financial documents and reports.
Essential Responsibilities:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Report and interpret financial information produced by the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), or other accounting systems.
- Provide advisory/consulting services for customers in the field of Governmental Manufacturing Accounting and Cost Accounting which includes researching funding opportunities, monitoring expenditure, liaison between external parties, tracking results, and analyzing financial data.
- Conduct reviews with program managers to ensure procedural compliance with accounting principles.
- Use regulations and directives promulgated by higher authority to establish, prepare and disseminate policy and guidance to customers.
- Reconcile inventory transactions in LMP and provide monthly status report to management and higher HQ.
- Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration is required.
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel.
- Must have experience working with Data Base.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a government background check.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
