Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Budget Analysis, Senior Associate to provide Communications, Customer Support Service, Program Management, Training and Operation and Maintenance support for the BFEM application for a federal client in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Provides Tier 2 (System Configuration SME) Support for escalation of application issues
  • Interfaces with ARC's JIRA system and ARC's Configuration Control Board as needed to request development support for system discrepancies and new capabilities
  • Provides Tier 1 (End User Administration) Support, including creating and maintaining user’s accounts, resetting passwords, and disabling user account when user access is no longer required
  • Tracking and managing program risks and track risk mitigation strategies
  • Maintains configuration of the data model, to include organizations, GDPs, modification types, allocations, and generic attributes
  • Manages State Department sets, Generic Data Points, modifications, allocations, generic attributes, and document templates narratives to meet the agency’s budget formulation needs
  • Assists budget analyst in the Word styles, headers, and embedded content in document templates
  • Developing end-user training documentation and communication materials to identify business impacts to day-to-day activities.
  • Ensure end users are trained on the use of the BFEM application
  • Provides content to SharePoint as needed to assist with its business flow
  • Provides strategic goals and objectives allocations as needed to meet the agency’s performance needs.
  • Produces the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) submission and supports the refinement of sub-organization submissions
  • Produces the Congressional Budget Justification; enables tracking of changes on the budget by either or both houses of congress; and allows the creation of budget sets that can be defined for maintaining distinct phases of the budget process
  • Assists in making published documents 508 compliant
  • Assists in testing new release capabilities that affect State Department enhancements
  • Maintains new and existing Report Hierarchies for table production in Excel and document reports
  • Maintains existing embedded content tags to facilitate document creation and custom reports
  • Identify and communicate presentation or requirements changes for reports

Required Qualifications

  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination

Desired Qualifications

  • A demonstrated working level knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
  • At least 10 years’ experience and background in project administration and/or oversight
  • Education and or equivalent experience in systems accounting, project management, and or information technology
  • Program and project management expertise in project controls, requirements and risks. Certifications in PMP, ITIL and change management is beneficial
  • Experience with BFEM application is greatly preferred
