Hiring is under way!Position SummaryThe Business Development Executive’s (BDE) primary responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, presenting and collaborating with specific and assigned national Health & Benefit consulting organizations in a defined territory. - 6+ years of experience in working with, or for, national Health & Benefit consulting firms
- Experience handling a multi-stakeholder sale
- Proven track record of sales success
- Experience in a team-selling environment including third parties
- Experience calling on all levels of national Health & Benefit consulting organizations (calling on or working for Pharmacy Teams is a plus)
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast- paced, consultative and competitive market
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation
- Regionally located near a national Health & Benefit consulting firm headquarters or in Kansas City
- Work with senior level, client facing, Health & Benefit consultants to create awareness of Rx Savings Solutions and its offerings.
- Create a collaborative working environment with the consulting organizations where we are a trusted vendor partner.
- Collaborate with local Health & Benefit consultants to create sales opportunities for RxSS
- Working with already identified strategic Health & Benefit offices to host educational, overview and deep-dive sessions, conduct webinars and continue to educate new hires.
- Work with internal Client Success and Marketing Teams to develop specific collateral necessary to demonstrate our value proposition.
- Work seamlessly and in tandem with the RxSS Sales Executives that are calling direct to employer prospects within the book of business represented by the consultant. Influence these opportunities and orchestrate communication between RxSS and the client facing Health & Benefit/Pharmacy Consultants.
- Schedule and complete regular cadence of onsite and virtual meetings with each firm
- Participate in vendor summits, conferences, etc., to support business growth
