Breakfast Attendant

The position is responsible for hosting the full breakfast buffet at Baymont Inn-Arkadelphia. It entails set-up, cooking, monitoring, washing utensils and clean-up in dining room and kitchen. Breakfast guest interaction (local person is optimal) is encouraged, so a people person would be best suited.

Breakfast Operations :

• Provide guests an enjoyable experience during breakfast each morning.
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as per Brand standards, serving hot and cold items, maintaining the buffet area clean and well-stocked, refilling beverage containers, cleaning spills
• Ensures cleanliness for all public areas such as hotel lobby, dining and kitchen

• Stocking fresh fruits, coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers
• Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
• Restocking items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and for the next day
• Taking inventory of food, beverages and supplies needed for each day
• Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floor.
• Facilities properly cleaned for guest usage.
• Solely responsible for the daily preparation and presentation of all food items served to guests.
• Perform additional services when necessary

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $11.50 per hour
