What We Are Looking For:

Oliver Gal is adding a skilled Brand Manager to join our growing team!

The Brand Manager is responsible for ensuring that the products, services, and product lines that fall under the Oliver Gal brand resonate with current and potential customers. This role continuously monitors marketing trends and keeps a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace. Work closely with senior management, and collaborate with a team of marketers, merchandisers, and website experience creators.

Serving as the 'brand guardian', the Brand Manager will maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and manage a portfolio of various products. This role is also responsible for managing and developing the brand P&L and driving the market growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Brand Strategy Development: Including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for the short and long term. Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth.
  • Brand Communications Ownership: Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media. Designing and supervising content such as press releases, artwork, print, and digital media.
  • Business and Product Development: Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches and developing new business opportunities. Organizing product launches and promotional events.
  • Promotions Management: Creating and managing promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding.
  • P&L Ownership: Achieving profit targets, timelines, and budgets, managing the brand budget for advertising and promotional items.
  • Brand Analysis: Competitor and customer insights analysis. Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.

Who You Are:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience in Brand Management
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent brands (samples required)
  • Experience with brands in the Home Decor market is a plus
  • Possess a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Possess a high degree of business acumen
  • Have a strong focus on results
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies quickly
  • Fast-learner and self-starter
  • Highly organized and productivity-driven
  • Agile and able to quickly adjust to changes
  • Able to plan, prioritize and coordinate effectively and independently
