My client is a top 100 private company according to Forbes. They are a leader in the Electrical Wholesaling Industry with over 8 Billion in annual sales. Looking for quick learners to engage in a fast-paced Management Trainee program to learn Electrical Distribution from the ground up. Candidates will be challenged through the different stages of our business with a goal of Outside Sales or Branch Management end in mind. This is a full-time paid position. All managers go through this mgmt. trainee program.

Strong entrepreneurial spirit is a must, and completion of college level coursework is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be at least 18 years of age

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

· Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

· Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future)

· Some travel required

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

· Strong negotiation skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software

· Detail oriented

· Ability to solve problems

· Must be a self-starter who can handle a heavy volume of work and be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Conditions vary based on the trainee’s current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel – both by car and by air.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Learning all aspects of the business

· Attending training conferences throughout the US.

· Communicating – both written and spoken – in English.
