Position Summary:
To be an extension of the BathFitter branch office and perform a wide range of administrative and office support duties for the department, managers/supervisors and executive staff in order to facilitate the efficient operation of the company/organization while maintaining the professional behavior of the company’s Essence Core Values.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Multi-Line/Company Switchboard – Routes Callers appropriately
- Answers multi-line phone system for all companies and route callers appropriately
- Processes all company correspondence, cancellations, invoices, etc.
- Maintains several various company logs, spreadsheets and reports
- Provides administrative support to all corp. departments
- Provides administrative support to Corp. Executive Staff
- Logs Co. Originals, audits checks/cc payments
- General Office Duties – Faxing, filing, and conference rooms etc.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned to meet business needs
