Job Description

Boost Mobile by Titan Connection is an authorized Boost Mobile dealer based in Nashville, TN hiring immediately: bilingual sales representatives to join our team. Job Summary: Sell the organization's products/services to new and established customers typically via walk-in business and process payments. Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services, common troubleshooting and checking for stock and availability.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Sell products and services to new or established customers
  • Attend special training pertaining to products, services and promotional offers to understand the features, trends or styles.
  • Assist customers by answering questions, common troubleshooting, presenting products and services and checking for stock availability
  • Process payments
  • Maintain customer preference records
  • Opening the store on time and following appropriate opening procedures
  • Closing the store following the appropriate closing procedures
  • Counting and balancing cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Contacting customers and responding to customer inquiries over the phone
  • Assist with soliciting new customers, including but not limited to social media/ online marketing, and promoting the brand inside and outside the store.
  • Ensuring the store always looks presentable by keeping it organized and cleaning as needed
  • Taking necessary COVID-19 precautions, including, but not limited to, wearing a mask at all times, ensuring customers maintain a 6 foot distance from cash registers, regularly disinfection of common surfaces, regularly washing hands with soap and water

Compensation

Working Conditions

  • Frequently stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis.
  • Able to lift and move up to 20 lbs. pounds occasionally.
  • Availability to work 30 to 45 hours per week.
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Ability to process information and merchandise through computer systems and POS register systems (POS training provided)

Requirements/ Experience:

  • Retail Sales Associate: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Wireless Sales Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bilingual: Spanish & English (Required)
  • Must pass a background check and drug test (Required)
  • Basic math skills (Required)
  • Basic computer skills (Required)
  • Solid verbal communication skills (Required)

Ideal Candidate may have previous experience as: Cell phone sales - Mobile phone sales - cellular phone sales - wireless phone sales - wireless sales

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff and customers as safe as possible, we have installed plexiglass shields at the POS stations, we are providing disposable masks and gloves to staff, and hand sanitizer. There are lines for customers to keep a 6ft distance.
