Job Description

Bookkeeper/Payroll Administrator

Part Time - Flexible schedule, Compensation - DOE

  • Multi Company accounting, bookkeeping and payroll administration support
  • Quickbook Online/Desktop experience
  • ADP Experience a plus
  • Monthly Financial Statement reporting
  • Accounts Payable - vendor payments
  • Accounts receivable - invoicing, credit card transaction reconciliation
  • Monthly B&O report preperation and filing
  • General ledger account reconciliation and management
  • Execute and Post Payroll and accruals to general ledger
  • Maintain HR database for payroll processing and staff on boarding
  • Year end closing - coordinate with CPA firm
  • Prepare annual 1099's
  • Full charge accounting responsibilities
  • Must be accurate and detail oriented
  • Support Office Administration as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $29.00 per hour

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
