CPA firm looking for service oriented, personable, self-motivated team player.
Job Duties:
-Office reception
-Preparing bank reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly journal entries.
- Preparing monthly payroll and journal entries
- Preparing quarterly and annual payroll reports.
- Preparing Forms 1099 and 1096.
-Preparing sales tax returns.
-Preparing/Data entry of basic income tax returns.
Qualifications:
-Experienced bookkeeper for multiple companies
-Knowledge of QuickBooks Suite Including QuickBooks Online
-Experience in payroll preparation including year end documents
-Experience in sales tax preparation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (Required)
