Wapak Ford is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/cashier to join our team. The dealership Bookkeeper performs a wide range of accounting and administrative duties. These tasks include:
· Provide customer service at the cashier window and cashier customer payments for service and parts sales and deposits for vehicle sales.
· Reconcile daily receipts and prepare deposit.
· Post repair orders, parts tickers and invoices into accounting
· Posting vehicle sales
· Posting daily funding from lenders and other electronic bank transfers
· Posting vehicles into inventory
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills
· Basic understanding of accounting principles.
· Experience in an accounting role in the automotive or related industry is a plus
· Proficiency in entering and managing accounting data in an accounting system.
· Proficiency in common business software.
· Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday
