Job Description

KPC Products is a natural product importer/wholesaler. We are looking for a full-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Enter financial transactions
- Receive and record checks
- Reconcile statements
- Produce reports, such as P/L and B/L
- A/P and A/R as directed by controller
- Processing incoming orders
- Invoicing
- Preparing shipments for FedEx or USPS
- Prepare importing documents
- Answering calls and emails

Needs to Have:
- Legal working status
- Detail oriented and organized
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Familiar with Excel and Word
- Basic phone etiquette
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience

Nice to Have:
- Fluent in Mandarin or speak other languages
- Knows QuickBooks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
