Bookkeeper/ Administrative Assistant:
Our company has an immediate opening for a full time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.
Bookkeeping Duties Incudes:
- Account Receivables
- Responsible for all monthly invoicing
- Submit Invoice online through customer’s systems
- Act as the point of contact for customer billing
- Process credit card payment
- Review new contract billing instruction
- Responsible for A/R collection
- Maintain Contract Balance
- Participate in internal and external project audits as required
- Purchasing
- Responsible for ordering, receiving and inventory merchandise
- Provide other accounting task as required
- Administrative Assistant
- Greet and welcome guest to the office upon arrival
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
- Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
- Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
- Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and order items
- Respond to questions and requests for information
- Answer incoming calls and assume other receptionist duties when needed
- Other duties as assigned
Skill Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
- Basic knowledge of accounting
- Experience in government invoicing
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to analyze and revise operating practices to improve efficiency
- Independent worker and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
- Most be an US Citizen

Salary Range: 40k – 50K
Security Clearance: Candidate must be a US citizen and will be subject to a government security investigation to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information if required at a later date.
