Gator Chrysler Dodge Jeep has an immediate opening for an experienced Auto Body Shop Manager. We are looking for a skilled professional with excellent people and customer relations skills.
Dealership is locally owned and operated and located right on the intercostal waterway in beautiful Melbourne, Florida. Great Location, just minutes away from Cocoa Beach, 45 minutes from Disney World, 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center.
We are a medium sized, family-oriented organization serving the Greater Melbourne / Palm Bay and surrounding areas with new and used vehicle sales, Automotive Service, OEM Replacement Parts and Automotive Collision Repair. Job Duties include but are not limited to:
- Recruit, hire, train and motivate the very best team members.
- Create an exceptional customer experience.CSI
- Set and achieve sales, profit and performance goals
- Ensure vehicles are repaired promptly and fixed right the first time.
- Train, coach and motivate staff and ensure processes are followed.
- Resolve problems and customer complaints
- Directly supervises Body Shop staff.
- Inspect damaged vehicles and identify repairs and parts needed to perform repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards.
- Prepare supplements for additional work needed.
- Communicate with customers and insurance company staff to obtain and provide proper documentation and receive proper authorizations.
- Write repair orders and ensure all charges are properly billed and collected.
- Scheduling of workflow and repair process.
- Maintain a high level of shop cleanliness, equipment repairs, and general shop appearance and ensuring a safe working environment.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Valid Florida Drivers License
- Excellent Computer and Math Skills
- Excellent customer service, communications and phone skills.
- Detail oriented and organizational skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen
- Positive outgoing personality
- Excellent motivational, leadership and training skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
