Job Requirements:

• BCBA in good standing with the BACB
• At least two years of related professional experience
• Ability to challenge oneself to continue learning and growing as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Must be obsessive about timely access to care and high-quality outcomes for all clients

 : Clinical Supervisor Overview and Responsibilities:

• Clinical position responsible for the creation and oversight of the implementation of ABA programs
• Conducts Functional Behavior Assessments and designs, analyzes, and modifies ABA programs based on assessment results and ongoing data
• Provides family guidance and direction services in home, center and community locations
• Mentors and supports BTs and RBTs and provides supervision to BCBA interns
