Job Description

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Location: Livingston, NJ (In-District)

Schedule: Full-time

*We have other available cases in Warren, Union, Morris, Hunterdon, Somerset, Hudson, Bergen, Middlesex counties and more!

Some COVID-19 considerations:

  • The staff will receive a PPE kit that contains the following items based on availability: masks, gloves, face shield, tissues, antibacterial/disinfectant spray, hand soap/hand sanitizer
  • Each staff person and family will be required to agree and sign our new health and safety policy
  • In addition to developing policy and procedure consistent with the CDC’s health and hygiene best practice, TUT has also reconfigured the centers into “pods” and designed a plan to methodically return each center to service

Job Description

  • Have experience training staff and interacting with families
  • Conducting assessments for children diagnosed with ASD
  • Designing behavior intervention plans
  • Creating functional specific, observable, and measurable goals for behavior therapists and caregivers to implement.
  • Analyzing data and implement data-driven program changes

Preferred skills a plus:

  • Supervising BCBA
  • Previous BCBA experience
