ABA Outreach Services is looking for fun and creative people who love children. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes and schools in the greater Cleveland (ranging from Amherst to Ashtabula) and greater Akron area.

The role of Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) is to assess, plan, develop, and monitor behavioral supports to meet the needs of students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or other behavior, social, and/or communication challenges. The BCBA supports, trains, and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Therapists to implement proactive behavioral, social, communication, functional, and education based programming. The position involves collaboration with families, team members, related services providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BCBA and COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst) certificate in good standing
  • Maintain current National Provider Identification Number (NPI)
