Who You Are: *

HighLevel is looking for a Billing Analyst III who is passionate about giving customers an easy, simple and accurate billing experience with HighLevel. Owning the HighLevel billing process from end to end, this individual will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, managing a high volume of billing accounts, implementing updated SOPs for the department as well as all related process improvements where needed.
Partnering with the VP Revenue Operations, the Billing Lead will be instrumental in selecting new members of the team as well as training and supervising the daily billing workflow and ensuring accurate customer billing and solutions for accounts that are incorrect and using data analytics to make recommendations for overall enhancements to our tools and processes.

What You’ll Bring: *

You are comfortable taking the lead in all aspects of Billing at HighLevel. You thrive on solving problems, ensuring accuracy and process improvement. As the subject matter expert, you deliver insights back to peers and the department leader to drive strategy decisions. With experience leading and mentoring others, you are also focused on driving process improvements and creating an amazing customer billing experience! This position is available as remote work for residents of Florida or Texas.

You will: *

  • Manage all facets of our customer’s billing in Stripe, to include: subscription updates, chargebacks, receivables, duplicate accounts, credit balances, failed charges and disputes
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Fraud prevention
  • Add new products
  • Add new Coupons/Discounts
  • Test/define new billing procedures to drive accurate revenue reporting
  • Write and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Work to reduce One-Time charges
  • Oversee High Risk Payments
  • Mentor and coach Billing Specialists to build a strong Billing team

You have:

  • 4-7 years of related experience
  • 2+ years of working in Stripe
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience owning and completing special projects
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, multi-task, and follow through on projects and issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a customer-centric service approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Strong computer skills
