We are currently seeking a Bill of Materials Systems Analyst to join our team!
The successful candidate will:
- setup, audit, update and manage the Company's product master files
- ensure all products are completely setup, eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and information
- understand, create, update, and maintain all item masters and multi level Bill of Materials (BOM)s with a high degree of accuracy
- knowledgeable regarding uniformity, configurations, print settings, industry codes, units of measures, weights, labelling, lot and skid tracking, etc.
- assist Operations and IT with the migration and configuration of the existing Bill of Materials into a new ERP system
- 1-3 years experience in the creation and management of complex Items, BOMs, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Master Data Management within a manufacturing context
- 1-3 years experience working with ERP software (knowledge of Epicor/Vantage a plus and experience with the implementation of a new ERP system preferred)
- Must have meticulous attention to quality and detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
- Proactive and methodical approach to work with ability to work independently
- Able to work under stress and meet tight deadlines
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and with ERP data management and BOM structures
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology is preferred
