We are currently seeking a Bill of Materials Systems Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will:

• setup, audit, update and manage the Company's product master files
• ensure all products are completely setup, eliminate inconsistencies, errors, and information
• understand, create, update, and maintain all item masters and multi level Bill of Materials (BOM)s with a high degree of accuracy
• knowledgeable regarding uniformity, configurations, print settings, industry codes, units of measures, weights, labelling, lot and skid tracking, etc.
• assist Operations and IT with the migration and configuration of the existing Bill of Materials into a new ERP system

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years experience in the creation and management of complex Items, BOMs, Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Master Data Management within a manufacturing context
• 1-3 years experience working with ERP software (knowledge of Epicor/Vantage a plus and experience with the implementation of a new ERP system preferred)
• Must have meticulous attention to quality and detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment
• Proactive and methodical approach to work with ability to work independently
• Able to work under stress and meet tight deadlines
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and with ERP data management and BOM structures
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technology is preferred
