QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school education or equivalent
    • Previous work on 3rd party a plus. Related work experience in sales, customer service, or collections is preferred.
    • At least six months of working knowledge/work ethics experience preferred.
    • Satisfactorily completing at least five weeks of MRS training period.
    • Proficient in computer/data entry.
      • Bilingual Spanish speaking

Essential Elements


      • Assist consumers in identifying the repayment of financial obligations through account maintenance according to both client and company expectations.
      • Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
