This position is designed for individuals who are compassionate, who encourage growth, mentor, and are willing to knowledge share while working a very flexible schedule.

Nurses in this role will not work a patient assignment, rather they will be tasked with assisting other RNs with prioritizing admissions, discharge education, lab and IV starts, adjust monitors, rounding on patients, assist in transporting patients, and other duties as assigned.

The purpose of this role is to share your expertise, while assisting our current RNs to better serve our patients.

We are currently looking for nurses with 8 or more years of RN experience. This opportunity allows for a less rigorous schedule, in fact, you can pick your own hours. Shifts can range from 4-8 hours depending on what works best for you.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• 10 or more years of RN experience is preferred
• Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires current state of Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
