Benefits And Pre-Authorization Specialist

We’re looking for an energetic and upbeat full-time Benefits and Pre-Authorization Specialist to join our Legacy Heart Care revenue cycle management team!

As the Benefits and Pre-Authorization Specialist, you will help pave the way for newly referred patients needing Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) therapy for symptoms related to heart disease, advocating insurance companies on patients’ behalf. You will contribute to the company by effectively communicating with insurance agencies, healthcare professionals and staff members to verify insurance eligibility, acquire referrals, obtain authorizations, appeal denials and ensure accurate documentation for our patients.
