Benefit Enrollment Account Manager
Reports To: Benefits Enrollment Account Manager will report to the Director of Implementation.

Company Overview: Among other employee group benefit plans, Proactive Risk Solutions offers a unique Proactive Health Management Plan (PHMP) that uses a limited benefit health insurance plan to provide preventive care and encourage healthy living habits among its members. We have a dynamic team in Georgia, with partners across the country, and we are expanding. Job Overview: Benefits Enrollment Account Manager will be a single point of contact between employers HR or benefits manager, the carriers, and the enrollment team. Involved from the inception of the project, the Benefit Enrollment Account Manager is the engine that keeps the whole team working together to ensure a smooth-running enrollment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

. Provide transparency of enrollment issues from the client perspective and enrollment team perspective to operations and sales channels.

· Following and completing task lists to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met

. Day to day project management

· Guide assigned clients through the implementation of group insurance plans

· Manage critical relationships with key clients

· Communicating directly with HR managers and executives about progress reports and other action items regarding product education

· Leading calls/webinars with clients about our processes and products

· Monitor and measure the progress of enrollments by quantifying variances and developing reports. Communicate this information to Senior level managers

· Assist with post-implementation reviews to identify improvement opportunities

· Update Case Report that is delivered to partners on a weekly call

· Ensure the accuracy of information provided to clients

· Keeping a clean calendar of events regarding the implementation process of our products

Qualifications:

  • Must be proactive and detail-oriented
  • Project Management Experience Preferred
  • Must be available for up to 50% travel and work within a variety of employer industries
  • Must have strong Microsoft Excel Skills (pivot tables, formulas, conditional formatting, v-lookups)
  • Must have the ability to evaluate and troubleshoot client issues
  • Must possess strong customer orientation and focus
  • Ability to take direction from senior managers as well as work independently and proactively
  • Must maintain integrity, courtesy, and respect while interacting with clients
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to adapt to changing situations
  • Must have the ability to learn quickly and think creatively
  • Previous insurance experience; Life and Health preferred
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:

· Compensation: Negotiable. Based on experience.
