Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct intervention services to children and families within their home and community setting such as Family Support, Behavioral Modification, Crisis Intervention, and Psychosocial Rehabilitative Service.
  • Collaborate with Clinical team members through participation in the service plan development, IPOC development meetings, Behavioral Health Plan development and Diagnostic Assessment information gathering assessments.
  • Collaborate with Treatment team members, school personnel, family members, referral agencies, etc. to ensure appropriate interventions are being provided based on client progress and/or need to amend intervention services.
  • Participate in and provide all information for Individualized Education Plan Meetings, Family Treatment Plan Meetings, Behavioral Manifestation Hearings, DJJ Hearings and all other student specific meetings.
  • Provide coaching and appropriate modeling of behavior for the purpose of altering negative behaviors of the client and/or family.
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed at school, home and in the community.
  • Complete all Clinical Service Notes within 24 hours of rendering services.
  • Provide all information and documentation needed for Medicaid billing in an accurate and timely manner according to the Department of Health and Human Service standards.
  • Participate in all identified in-service trainings according to COA, SCDHHS and company policy.
  • Participate in all individual and group clinical supervision sessions.
  • Participate in client chart maintenance and client chart audits.
  • Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other related Behavioral Health field, from an accredited institution for higher learning; minimum of one to two years’ experience working in the field of social work and/or behavioral health counseling with children and adults.
  • Master’s Degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or other related Behavioral Health field ; Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
  • Pass current, applicable clearances.
  • Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,386.00 - $108,897.00 per year
