Banyan Treatment Centers is currently recruiting for full-time Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida.

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) is an integral part of team! BHT staff spend the majority of their time at work with our clients however interact with the entire Treatment Team as well. He/She assists in coordinating the day to day needs of the facility and clients by monitoring and maintaining head counts, 1:1s, client schedules and activities, and clients whereabouts and behaviors.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- A passion for helping others
- Work experience in the field of behavioral/mental health is preferred but not required.
- An Associate's Degree or applicable certification is preferred but not required.
- A valid Driver License is strongly preferred.
