Are you passionate about supporting a client's outcome through working directly with families/caregivers? Are you currently enrolled in your Applied Behavior Analysis program, or have obtained your BCBA? Then we'd love to talk to you! Fraser is seeking to facilitate Behavior Professionals to work in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) at the family system and sometimes at individual levels for children, adolescents, and their caregivers. This is an outpatient service position within the Fraser Autism Center of Excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively with parents and caregivers, develop and implement treatment plans for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns utilizing principles of positive behavior support, applied behavior analysis, and person-centered thinking
- Provide assessment and intervention at the level of the family system and the individual, including multi-modal Functional Behavior Assessment
- Work with parents and caregivers to create nurturing environments in support of targeted changes in the behavior of their children
- This includes supporting parents and caregivers using behavioral skills training to develop capacity in problem-solving, teaching, data collection, and data-based decision-making in pursuit of their children developing new skills and reducing challenging behavior.
- Regularly contribute constructive ideas to the team in pursuit of continuous improvement of the team’s functions

Available Location and Schedule:
- Virtual office with travel to different Fraser clinics for appointments
- Monday through Friday, business hours
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification preferred, OR current enrollment in graduate-level academic course sequence in preparation for BCBA certification required
- Academic and/or field experience in Positive Behavior Support preferred
- Academic and/or field experience in person-centered or family-centered (or family systems) practices preferred
- Previous experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
- Describe and demonstrate the components of behavioral skills training with parents, including delivering performance feedback, as it relates to the behavior of their children.
