Position responsibilities
- Provide oversight and supervision for your team, and clients in home and clinic settings
- Mentor, train, and support RBTs
- Complete progress reports
- Collaborate with a team of highly qualified BCBAs
- Attend monthly regional meetings, for ongoing training and supervision

- Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or related field.
- Completion of BACB required supervision; BCBA certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, clinical and employment information required.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members and team members both verbally and in writing required.
- Experience in staff leadership and clinical supervision.
- Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
