Behavior Analyst (BCBA with LP or LCSW Credential) Job Description:

As a Behavior Analyst you will provide family-centered ABA services to clients. Your primary responsibilities will be conducting assessments, writing and implementing behavior plans, data collection, and training / supervising behavior technicians.

Behavior Analyst (BCBA with LP or LCSW Credential) Tier System:

You tell us your availability, and we work with you to decide on which salary Tier works best based on how many client you want to have on your caseload. And, as a BONUS, you are eligible to earn Incentive Compensation pay (2.5% of your salary, up to 4 times per year!) for meeting your goals!
