BDC Manager - Ford Hyundai Of Kirkland

Ford Hyundai of Kirkland is the #1 Genesis and Hyundai dealership on the West Coast and the #1 Ford dealership in the Pacific Northwest. Despite all that, our service department continues to grow! We are in need of a BDC Manager to bring on board. The BDC Manager would be overseeing the operations of the BDC department – making sure the department is running efficiently and cooperating cohesively with the service department. The ideal candidate would have prior BDC management experience at a dealership with great leadership skills.

BDC Manager Job Responsibilities

• Maintain current client relationships and identifying areas for potential clients
• Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
• Collaborate with Service BDC team to ensure requirements are met, such as Service numbers and call goals
• Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
• Manage the Service BDC Department which consists of 8 or more employees

BDC Manager Qualifications

• 1-3 years of BDC Management experience.
• Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
