Full time position: Low billable weekly hour minimums. Monthly health Insurance stipend available. Travel required throughout Bergen, Passaic, Morris and Essex counties. CEU allowance and excellent clinical support. Bonus treatment planning hours from home available.

Job Description – Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Responsible for the direct oversight, planning, implementation and evaluation of assigned clients enrolled in Every Piece Counts. Individual must be in good standing with the BACB, possess strong communication, leadership abilities and be well versed in behavioral skills training. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:

Clinical Oversight & Feedback:

Provide Behavior Technicians with feedback and in-vivo training

Conduct Behavior Technician Performance Evaluations

Collect treatment integrity checklists on Behavior Technicians

Provide parent training to client’s caregivers

Clinical Data Analysis & Support:

Provide BCBA supervision to assigned clients as authorized by funding source

Review client’s Catalyst data and complete monthly program reviews

Make modifications as necessary to ensure client’s learning/behavioral needs are being met

Develop and implement behavior intervention plans

Assessments & Reassessments:

Conduct assessments in order to develop goals & objectives for assigned clients (VB-MAPP/AFLS/ABLLS-R)

Review and submit reassessments for clients 2 weeks before authorization expires
