PTS, Inc. is seeking a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based services at a local school district in Berks County:

JOB DESCRIPTION/HOURS:
- Part-time or full-time to complete FBAs at a local school district on an as-needed basis
- All grade levels - K-12
- No nights or weekends - all FBAs will be completed during normal school day hours
- $53-$65/hr based on experience
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis
- Prior supervisory experience highly preferred
- Behavior Specialist License required
- Extensive knowledge conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments
- Crisis intervention training preferred
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Preferred minimum of two years working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in educational settings
- Eligible for up to $250 sign-on bonus based on education and experience
- FREE BCBA supervision for those who wish to pursue their certification
