Job Description
PTS, Inc. is seeking a school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide school-based services at a local school district in Berks County:

JOB DESCRIPTION/HOURS:
  • Part-time or full-time to complete FBAs at a local school district on an as-needed basis
  • All grade levels - K-12
  • No nights or weekends - all FBAs will be completed during normal school day hours
  • $53-$65/hr based on experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis
  • Prior supervisory experience highly preferred
  • Behavior Specialist License required
  • Extensive knowledge conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments
  • Crisis intervention training preferred
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Preferred minimum of two years working as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in educational settings
