With a look and feel of a classic Italian American restaurant, Little Mama’s harkens back to a time when all the mozzarella was fresh and the sauces were red. The SouthPark establishment joins the FS Food Group portfolio and brings a fresh look at generational family recipes. And as always, expect plenty of wine and Italian cocktails.

As a Bartender, you’ll do more than just know the menu and make recommendations, you’ll be the one to provide the front-line service that brings our guests back time and time again.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and patrons
• Ensure staff adherence of company policy and procedures
• Make recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy
• Take food and beverage orders and enter orders in the POS
• Communicate regularly with your tables and anticipate their needs
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant
• Wine knowledge is strongly preferred
• Maintain cleanliness of bar area
• Ensure policies and processes are in place to check identification to confirm legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Arrangement of food options to include executing order, accepting delivery, presentation and clean up
• Managing inventory
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all ABC regulations
• Keep up to date inventory records and file with ABC board
• Respond to all customer feedback within a timely manner and notify management promptly if an issue escalates

What We're Looking For

Someone who knows how to give great service and has 2+ years of experience at a high-volume restaurant. Excellent communication skills are required, as is the ability to stand for long periods of time. You should be able to lift at least 25 pounds and have the flexibility to work weekends and some holidays.

• Be well groomed and come into work with a positive attitude
• 4+ years Bar experience
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
