Position Summary

Our Bartenders are a key part of our team, and critical to providing genuine hospitality. They are energetic, excited to grow in the hospitality industry and care about their team. Our Bartender position is for a talented and energetic individual, excited to grow in the service industry and commit to providing quality service in a fun and casual bar environment.


Primary Responsibilities and Requirements

Essential Functions:

Adhering to laws and company policy pertaining to service of alcohol

Communicate effectively with customers and helping them with their food and beverage selection

Professional and enthusiastic attitude Execute server orders

Ensure cleanliness of bar area, set up and stock bar for start of shift

Gain mastery of all specialty cocktails and be enthusiastic about our offering. Maintain acceptable standards of personal hygiene and uniform standards.


Qualifications and Skills:

At least 2 years bartending experience required. Pub and dining experience a plus. Keen awareness of guest environment and needs.

Liquor, beer and wine knowledge Craft beer and cocktail knowledge

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.

Ability to create memorable guest connection with our food and beverages.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and management to provide exceptional guest service.

Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends. Ability to multi-task.

Good judgement skills and adaptive attitude

Must have all required food / alcohol certifications as designated by location.

Oversee barbacks as required


Work Environment/ Physical Demand:

Must be able to stand for full shift Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds

Must have good hearing for accurate communication with guests.

Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle and feel objects, tools controls and type Must be able to work in areas of loud noises.

Required to frequently reach, bend, stoop, and carry

Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors

Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens (peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish)

Long periods of standing and walking to different parts of the restaurant at different levels. Fast paced hands on position.

Dining facilities are both outside and inside. Lighting is maintained at a low level.
