Our team at our food service operations on the campus of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is growing and we are looking to add quality team members in the position of Barista.

The Barista serves quality beverages in a clean, organized environment demonstrating exceptional hospitality.

Baristas must have the ability to:

• Follow all company drink recipes and procedures.
• Brew coffee and prepare smoothie drink recipes.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines.
• Maintain, stock and clean barista area.
• Back up all food service area including cashier as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Candidates for the Barista position must have 6 months prior work experience as a Barista.
