Barista

Baristas Wanted!

Cafe Aroma is currently looking for experienced baristas to join our team!

Some expected tasks include:

- Preparing and serving delicious espresso drinks, non-espresso drinks, as well as food

- Performing routine cleaning on our espresso machines

- Greeting and interact with guests with enthusiasm, especially children - Maintain a clean bar area as well as consistently cleaning the lounge and children's play area

- Becoming educated about Fidalgo Bay Coffee as well as the history of Cafe Aroma

Requirements:

- 18+ preferred, must be out of high school

- Be able to stand on your feet for at least 5 hours

- Be able to lift at least 20lb boxes of coffee

- Show attention to detail

- We pride ourselves on our cleanliness, so this must be a goal of yours, and something you must be doing throughout every shift

- Must have excellent customer service skills

- Must be okay with dogs and pets, as well as giving them treats. Most of our guests have dogs, so you have to be able to be around them

- Keep the stock area organized and clean

- Work quickly, efficiently, and accurately

Pay is minimum wage + tips. 1 free drink per shift!
