Barista Cashier Kitchen Staff

We are looking for a Barista for 1 PM EST to 7 PM EST shift (4 hour shift or 6 hour shift) to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including various types of Milk tea and tea. Barista responsibilities include educating customers on our drinks menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and knowledge of how tea/ milk tea equipment operates. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent drinking experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they enter
Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients
Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of sugar level, ice level, toppings )
Prepare drinks following recipes
Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
Comply with health and safety regulations

Skills
Previous work experience as a Barista or Cashier
Knowledge of sanitation regulations
Flexibility to work various shifts
Basic math skills
Ability to gauge customers’ preferences
Excellent communication skills
High school diploma; relevant training is a plus
Learn Formulas tested on formulas

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers are required to where masks in store at all times(no mask no entry policy). Curb side pickup available. To keep our cashiers and workers safe we have installed a plastic barrier. We also have gloves available.

Experience:

• Guest Services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Food Service: 1 year (Preferred)
