Job Type: Part Time \Shifts (12-6pm or 2-6pm Weekdays and Weekends; 9-12 am or 9-2 am, 12-6 and 2-6 Weekends)
Salary: Starting at $11/hr (Raised after 90 Day Probationary Period)

**Earn up to $30/hr + in Tips.

What are we looking for?

Zen is searching for motivated and energetic people to take our customer service to the next level and provide an amazing experience to our customers! With the ability to portray an outgoing, friendly disposition and a positive attitude during shift and high volume hours. It is also necessary to learn and develop a working knowledge of the Zen environment!

What is it like to work at Zen?

We truly are a family here and hope to find some new people this school year who would like to stay with us awhile! We offer paid training and travels for competitions/off site trainings. Our team is very outgoing and fun to work with and we enjoy learning and teaching about coffee and crafting beautiful drinks and food items for our guests! Option for Full Time after Probationary Period is complete.

Responsibilities:

• Providing appropriate service when serving the customer or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
• Ability to read, follow, and prepare recipes.
• Ability to provide fast, efficient, consistent service to all customers.
• Ensures product temperature controls are met and maintained for quality and safety; follows all Board of Health regulations.
• Ensures all safety equipment is being used properly; alerts Supervisor of any malfunctions, safety concerns, or needs.
• Meet all scheduling availability requirements. Training must be a consistent 4 day period to adequately learn all that is necessary for the job.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
