The Arizona Country Club is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to join our team in the Phoenix, Arizona area. This ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor. This is a part-time position with a varied schedule depending on events.

Job Summary

The purpose of this position is to manage and direct the banquet operations, including service and set-up. This position will report to the Catering Director and will work closely with the culinary departments to ensure the banquet operations can satisfactorily meet or exceed our guests' expectations. Must have the ability to engage with our members/guests in a friendly and professional manner.

The ideal candidate must have two years of restaurant experience and know beer, wine, and spirits. This position requires a Banquet Captain to work in a team environment and support the bartending staff. Flexible availability is required to accommodate day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
