Banquet Bartender

Be part of the Bear Creek team that helps to create the most special memories on one of the most important days of our guest's life - their wedding day. Or help to enhance the experience of a family or corporate events.

• Experienced bartenders with friendly helpful attitudes to prepare and serve drinks to guests during Bear Creek's banquets.
• Pull appropriate amount of liquor, beer and wine from liquor room. Deliver to event space
• Welcome each guest
• Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests of Bear Creek's banquets, following standard recipes
• Communicate with guests using clear and enthusiastic words, tone and body language at all times. Make guests feel welcome and appreciated. Offer assistance before guests ask.
• Responsible service of alcohol is extremely important. Bartenders must keep count of the number of drinks guests are served and determine when a customer has had too much to drink. Notify Captains or management.
• Collect money for cash bar
• Keep all areas cleaned and stocked to Bear Creek's standards
• Set up and breakdown bar in a timely manner
• Wash and sterilize stemware
• RAMP certification is required or completion is required within first two weeks of employment
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Walks and stands during entire shift.
• Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and wipe.
• Remain stationary for long periods of time.
• Frequent washing of hands.
• You must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
• Work well in a team environment
