We are currently seeking a Float Associate to join our Operations team in Wichita, KS. This role will have the opportunity to be cross trained and scheduled to work in various Operations areas.
A successful candidate will have:
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Exemplary customer service experience
Confident and articulate communication skills
Effectively build and maintain relationships with Emprise associates, customers, vendors, and other banking institutions
An understanding of and commitment to our values
Attitude and aptitude to engage in continuous development
Essential functions of the role:
Support various areas within the Operations division as needed, including but not limited to: processing consumer and commercial loan applications, transaction processing, data verification, account maintenance, lockbox, wires, ATM monitoring, cash vault, debit card services, general ledger reconciliations, foreign currency, charge-backs, treasury management support, exception item processing, mail services, document imaging and regulatory compliance
Other duties as assigned within the scope and responsibility of the job
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency with large server-based applications and typical desktop software required
Commercial documentation or administration experience preferred
