BREAD BAKERS

2+ years of experience in a commercial bakery with high-volume production of scratch-made artisan breads daily.

Third shift schedule.

Scaling recipes using metric units.

Experience using multi-deck ovens and full rack convection ovens and commercial grade bakery equipment.

English language communications skills.

Must be able to lift 50lb bags of flour and stand for duration of shift.
