Baker

Crave Sweets in Arlington, TN is looking for one baker to join our 7 person team. We are located on 11615 Hwy 70 Ste 107. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Pay depends on experience and interview process

Responsibilities

• Bake custom orders
• Mix and blend batters
• Set oven temperatures and monitor or modify as needed
• Prepare and maintain inventory
• Clean and sanitize workstation and equipment
• Prep baked goods (cookies, cupcakes etc)

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in all aspects of baking
• Must be able to bake at a fast pace and make items from scratch
• Experience as a Baker a must
• Must be able to talk with guests and have no issue performing cake consultations
